Mind Transformation Program
12 Week Program

What I offer:

I offer a 90 day (12 week) program which emphasizes small steps to a healthier lifestyle. No fad diets. No counting points or calories, just reconnecting with healthier options which work with your lifestyle! From retirees, to the busy corporate person or being stay at home mom – I will work with you to find sustainable ways to look and feel healthier through my Body – Mind Transformation Program.

How it starts:

We set up a discovery call, which is a “get to know you” conversation by phone. It allows both of us to get a feel for each other. See what areas of your life you would like to work on and improve, and see if it is a good fit for us to continue the journey together. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Then what:

We find a time each week (typically reoccurring same time/day each week) to talk, either through a phone call or zoom. I will provide you with a worksheet for each session, which you can have handy on your phone or you can print out and take notes as we go through the session. Each session lasts between 45 minutes and 60 minutes, it just depends on how chatty we get 😊 . These sessions typically are an opportunity for you to talk, I listen, I provide non-judgmental feedback which helps you to get closer to your goals and the best version of yourself!

We start with a baseline, and gradually over the 12 weeks try and achieve small steps towards your goals. The objective is to “reset” the baseline after the 12 weeks. Now you have a new baseline for additional goals or to tweaks that you would like to incorporate into your life! Although this is based around nutrition (food) and exercise (movement), we typically dive into other parts of life which effect what you eat, how you eat, when you exercise, and if you exercise.
